Which language is the course in?
Courses are in English or German as required.

How big are the groups and how much will I have to join in?
Groups are limited to a maximum of eight people. This is to make sure that everyone's individual issues can be addressed.

Active participation will help you learn and remember more about the topics covered – but if you prefer you are most welcome to simply sit and listen. We take regular breaks during the sessions so you will have time to chat and get to know the other participants and exchange experiences.

Can't I get all this information from websites and the Tourist Office?
The Swiss Kits™ courses are designed to help you get the maximum out of your Swiss Experience right from the start and equip you with everything you need to help yourself and your family through the various stages of your relocation! Not understanding the local language is no longer a barrier and you won't have to spend frustrating time alone at home on-line pouring through sites that are all in a foreign language. At the same time you'll meet new people, be able to share your experiences and go away with a whole folder of relevant information to refer to time and time again.

What if I need help with issues not covered in the course?
We have a selection of additional specialised courses which can be booked separately and independently at any time. If you need help with any larger projects our relocation company ( www.leconcierge.ch ) can provide you with an individualised quote.

Where is the course held and can I park nearby?
The course is normally held in the Kaufmannishes Bildungszentrum Zug, Aarbachstrasse 1, 6300 Zug - this is two blocks from the Migros Fitness Centre and Zug train station. There is a large car park adjacent to the building. However, it is also possible to run the courses in your home or office. Please contact us for further details.

How biased are your recommendations?
Uniquely, the Swiss Kits™ courses are not sponsored in any way and therefore offer completely independent and objective recommendations to suit your specific, individual and personal needs.
